Shipping policy
Courier shipping delays can occur due to holidays and delays within the courier network which is out of our control.
All shipping prices are in NZD currency
NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING
- $10.00 NZD Standard Tracked 3-5 working days (once shipped)
- $15.00 NZD Rural Tracked 5-8 working days (once shipped)
- Free shipping for any orders over $75
ADDITIONAL INFO
Orders are processed 2-3 working days from when order was placed. Once shipped you'll receive a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number (check junk/spam folder). Through this tracking link, you can also change or update your delivery details.
We ship Monday & Wednesday (excluding Friday, weekends and public holidays).
Please check that there is a safe place for the courier to leave your parcel and that the shipping address you have provided is correct . If the shipping address entered is incorrect and it is delivered, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
More so, if your parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address entered, you will be charged another shipping cost for us to send it again.
Delays in shipment and arrival time can occur that is out of our control when your order leaves us and is in the hands of the courier. If this is the case or you haven't received your order after 7 days from receiving your tracking number for NZ orders, please contact NZ Post/your courier directly and/or contact us at info@marleyandbloom.co.nz and we’ll do our best to help.
